MAANTHAN Architects & Interior Designers was founded in 2007 by Parul Paunikar and Raksha Vyas, who are the CEO and Co-Founder of the company respectively. Their vision was to create innovative, luxurious, comfortable and sustainable architectural solutions that enrich people's lives and experiences. Parul Paunikar
Parul Paunikar is the chief architect and owner of MAANTHAN Architects & Interior Designers, a leading architecture and interior design firm based in Nagpur. With over 16 years of experience in the industry, Parul has designed and managed projects ranging from residential to commercial, from small-scale to large-scale, and from traditional to contemporary.
Parul's passion for design is evident in his work, which reflects his creativity, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence. Parul believes that design is not only about aesthetics, but also about functionality, sustainability, and social impact. He strives to create spaces that enhance the quality of life for his clients and the community.
Chief Architect / Owner at MAANTHAN
Raksha Vyas
Co-founder of MAANTHAN, Raksha Vyas completed Architecture from Nagpur University. With Decades of experience, she has successfully executed numerous contracting, architectural, and interior design projects throughout the Maharashtra Region.
As Partner and Advisor in MAANTHAN and manager of Home Construction, she has brought turnkey solutions to projects for upcoming Smart City.
